TERMS OF SERVICE
1. GENERAL TERMS:
Register on the platform and maintain a single account within the system. Transfer funds to the Coin Axis Capital Company cryptocurrency platform using any of the payment methods available on the website. Open one or more investment plans according to personal preference. Participate in promotions and contests organized by the platform, in accordance with the specific rules and conditions published on the website. Join the affiliate program, refer new users, and earn affiliate rewards. Obligations of the Program Participant: Use only personal payment instruments to deposit and withdraw funds within the system. Ensure that all funds used to top up your balance are of legal origin. Maintain the security of account credentials and refrain from sharing access to the Coin Axis Capital Company platform with third parties. Rights of Coin Axis Capital Company: Block a participant's account if there are reports from payment systems or requests from law enforcement regarding illegal activity associated with the account. Deny services and block accounts if a participant attempts to harm the platform in any way, including but not limited to defamation, blackmail, hacking attempts, or spam. In such cases, Coin Axis Capital Company reserves the right to initiate a refund procedure or confiscate the participant's funds to cover any incurred losses. Modify, add, rename, or leave unchanged any section, clause, or sub-clause of the Terms and Conditions, with notice provided to participants on the website. Obligations of Coin Axis Capital Company: Ensure the confidentiality of participant data. Make timely accruals to the participant's balance in accordance with the terms of the selected investment plan. Monitor the performance of the platform and provide participants with uninterrupted access to their accounts.

3. ACCRUAL OF PROFIT ON DEPOSITS:
Profit on investment plans is accrued according to the conditions specified for each investment plan. The Participant has the right to dispose of the profit at his preference. The Participant is allowed to increase the deposit amount at any time of his own free will. The Participant can not close the deposit before its' expiry.
4. Settlements:
The Participant can transfer funds to his account at any time in any available way. The funds transferred by the Participant to his account are credited instantly and are not subject to additional commissions from the Coin Axis Capital Company crypto platform. However, such commissions may be present from the side of the Participant's payment system. Payments are made according to the details specified by the Participant in the account settings. Coin Axis Capital Company doesn't hold any responsibility for incorrectly specified information and payments made to incorrectly specified information. Payments are not subject to extra fees. Payments are made only to e-wallets belonging to the Participant. Payments to other people's e-wallets are prohibited.
5. AFFILIATE PROGRAM:
Each Partner receives a unique referral link registering by which the invited Participant is linked to the Partner's account who invited him. The affiliate commisson is 15% on the first deposit. The Affiliate Commission is calculated from the amount of the referral's open deposit and is credited to the Partner's balance immediately after the referral opens the deposit. The Partner may dispose of the received commission at their discretion. One Participant is forbidden to register more than one account to participate in the affiliate program.
6. COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS:
All content that is contained on the pages and attachments of the Coin Axis Capital Company website, whether textual, graphic, or other information, is the Coin Axis Capital Company crypto platform's exclusive intellectual property. A mandatory reference to intellectual property must accompany any references, verbatim or partially verbatim citations of this content. Partial or complete copying of this content for its further distribution or commercial use can be carried out only with the relevant agreement with the Coin Axis Capital Company crypto platform's administration.
7. RESPONSIBILITY:
For non-fulfillment or non-compliance of the Participant with these Rules, or ignoring the administration's warnings, Coin Axis Capital Company may partially limit access, temporarily block or permanently delete the Participant's account without further negotiations and discussion with the interested party. Funds in the form of the main deposit, interest charges on it, affiliate and bonus rewards, and other funds that could be on the account balance when establishing non-compliance with the Rules, are not refundable.
8. REFUND POLICY:
In general, long and short term investment performance is determined by
asset performance. Historically, stock and crypto assets offer higher rates
of return along with greater volatility. Fixed income assets generally yield
lower rates of return, have lower correlation with equities, and less risk.
Diversification across asset geography and size is our utmost priority.
Based on our client's conservative risk profile, the portfolio asset
allocation will be 40% stock, 40% crypto assets and 20% fixed.
The individual composition of holdings will be selected from index funds and
exchange-traded funds from the following asset:
U.S.
High-Dividend, Cryptocurrency,
Value,
Small Cap,
International, including developed and developing markets
